I did not wake up like this; I changed my lifestyle for this, I changed what I eat for this, I sweat for this. I made this, and this is worth it. Whenever I feel like quitting, I always think about why I started. A huge part of losing weight is believing you can do it and realizing it’s not going to happen overnight. It’s not a race; it’s a journey. I’m not only losing weight. I’m getting rid of it and I have no intention of finding it again. I believe persistence can change failure into extraordinary achievement. When it feels tough, you’re doing it right. A little progress each day adds up to big results. I once said, weight loss can change your whole character. That always amazed me: Shedding pounds does change your personality. It changes your philosophy of life because you recognize that you are capable of using your mind to change your body. One way to get thin is to re-establish a purpose in life. Within you right now is the power to do things you never dreamed possible. This power becomes available to you just as soon as you can change your beliefs. Put all your excuses aside and remember this: YOU are capable! Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence.
